Burei Scepter Automatic Watch: the classic vintage watch of choice

The new watch has a brushed dial, with a crystal as a time scale instead of numerals, giving it a simple yet sophisticated look. This design was not uncommon in its time and can be found on many of the brand's historical models, which is a testament to its classic nature.
The finishing touch, however, is the curved sapphire crystal with its slender bezel, which is the only convex curve that perfectly captures the character of a vintage watch. The date window at 6 o'clock is also very cleverly opened, blending seamlessly into the overall design of the dial, both aesthetically and functionally. With a diameter of 39 mm, the watch is neither too big nor too small, the perfect size for any man's wrist. The height of the watch is 11.95 mm.
In terms of functionality, the watch has a luminescence function in addition to the large three-hand functions for hours, minutes and seconds, and the date display. The hands and hour-markers are coated with a white Super Luminova luminescent coating that ensures clear readings even in the dark.
Beneath its vintage look lies the latest generation of automatic movements: the Japanese Automatic, which gives the watch a power reserve of 80 hours, twice as long as that of an ordinary movement. Over the past two years, the trend has been to increase the power reserve of the newest movements from well-known watch brands. The watch has a backlit design, but the movement is moderately polished, if not austere, when viewed through the transparent caseback.
In a retro-inspired vein, the calfskin strap is a vintage-inspired design, and the same vintage brown color scheme is used to complement the radiating sunburst blue dial.
With summer coming to an end, autumn and winter is the time to go retro. Wearing a trench coat with a vintage brown leather watch is a great way to feel like you're in the right place.
